Dr. med. dent. Arzhang Alavi

Coming from a medical family, I decided to study dentistry after my Abitur in Munich. After completing my studies in Dresden in 1999, I worked as an assistant dentist – already specializing in periodontology.

From 2000 to 2004 I worked at the Carl-Gustav-Carus University Hospital in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as a research assistant and training assistant, focusing on oral surgery. Fascinated by this specialist area, I also completed training as a “Specialist Dentist for Oral Surgery” and received my doctorate in cryosurgery.

In 2005, I joined Dr. Mortazavi’s private practice in Munich – with whom I have been friends for many years. Since then I have been treating patients in our practice during oral surgical, implantological, periodontal surgical and endodontological treatments (root canal treatments).
